What We Do
We work to create a positive environment to unite and support girls and young women ages 8-14 and 15-19 to maximize their potential and reach their life goals. Our aim is to increase opportunities and build the protective and productive assets of vulnerable girls and young women from socio-economically disadvantaged households in North Western Tanzania

Msichana na Technolojia
In this project we promote girls engagement in tech design to solve problems through technology and innovation.
Msichana Thabiti
This project is focusing on very young in school adolescent girls ages 8 -14 with the aim of support the transformation from childhood to adolescent stage.
Msichana Simama
This project aimed to address the particular needs of, out-of-school adolescent girls and young mothers ages 15-20.
